For my sister in law Camille's birthday, her hubby wanted me to make a birthday bouquet. It turned out great. Last Tuesday we got like 2 feet of snow. It was crazy. It was heavy wet snow and it wasn't freezing. It was perfect weather to be out in the snow. And boy did we take advantage of it. I think we were out in the snow pretty much all day.

Happy belated Thanksgiving
For Thanksgiving we had the opportunity to head to Colorado to be with my family and some of our amazing friends. The weather was not the best when we left, but from the forecast it was suppose to clear up half through Wyoming. That didn't happen. In fact it got worse. But we kept moving forward. We had snow, slush, rain, fog, and some blizzard like conditions...oh and ICE. Oh, and half way through our trip our 4-wheel drive went out. We thought something was serious wrong, but thankful it wasn't. Here are the kids in the car. They were troopers. They are pretty amazing!!! This was a pretty serious accident. It was quite the pile up. Before this we had Semi trucks zooming past us..it was ice on the road...we were just saying they need to slow down. Well after they saw this accident, they slowed down and turned their blinkers on. It was kind of funny.

Busy Novemeber
November was busy for so many reason. The biggest was i was in charge of Super Saturday this year. One of the projects i did was temple pictures. This was so much harder than I thought it would be. I borrowed the idea from poppyseedprojects.com But once everything came together it was amazing.
So first i had to find pictures i can download. It turned out my friend Robin had a friend that had a couple and actually antiqued them. It was such a blessing. I almost gave up on the idea. Thank you Robin!!! So i only had to buy a few downloads. The frame isn't real wood either, its baseboard. Than you have an texture coating you put picture that gives it that canvas look. They turned out beautiful. The actually size of the picture was 20x30. We were able to make the picture for $22. So in November right before Thanksgiving we had our super Saturday. It was actually the day before we left to Colorado for the Holiday.
